chnjinlei 588d0da762 Deliver YB2 WiFi startup ordering fix (U1.0.4) ...

Keep WiFi hostapd setup ahead of the UI-ready semaphore so SDK VO/Logo startup cannot race the shell update.

Constraint: Factory branch must contain exactly one root-level lvgl_demo.
Rejected: Force-push or replace branch history | the tester needs a normal fast-forward release.
Confidence: medium
Scope-risk: narrow
Directive: Verify the device boot log no longer reports the startup segmentation fault.
Tested: python3 scripts/check_sv2_*.py, make clean && make all -j8, git diff --check
Not-tested: Real-device boot and SMB upload remain pending.
