Factory reset and absent configuration now resolve to Chinese while explicitly selected languages remain persistent.

Constraint: Factory delivery branch must contain only lvgl_demo and advance by normal fast-forward.
Rejected: Force-update the existing release | sequential test builds must remain recoverable.

Directive: Validate power-cycle and factory-reset behavior on YB256 hardware.
Tested: 30 SV2 checks, Python compile, diff check, graph update, clean AArch64 build, local ELF and SHA256.
