Constraint: single root-level lvgl_demo only; fast-forward on YB256.
Rejected: force-push/reset/squash/amend | source handoff | runtime FreeType font loading
Confidence: high (SV2 precedent; label diff verified; clean build; checks pass)
Scope-risk: narrow (ui_font.c/h + guider_customer_fonts.h + font port check only)
Directive: keep modified build at YB256 tip until original/reference requested.
Tested: 29 check_sv2_*.py; py_compile; git diff --check; clean AArch64 build; /usr/lib ttf refs removed from binary
Not-tested: device-side reboot after flash (device lacked /usr/lib/MiSans_Medium.ttf and korean.ttf)
