Subject: [PATCH] Correct the YB256 language-release source record

The preceding binary commit contained the right tested artifact but an incorrect full source SHA. This additive commit preserves release history and records the authoritative source identity.

Constraint: Do not amend, reset, or force-push sequential YB256 release history.
Rejected: Amend the binary commit | factory release history must remain append-only.
